It is the association that is responsible for the electricity in the garages andit is not allowed to make any changes without the approval of the board.

 

The cost of normal use of electricity in the garage is included in the assessment.

 

If you are using the electricity in the garage please pay the extra amount in connection with community fee as stated in the payment information mail you will get every 6 months

Electrical Network in the the Garages

 

The electrical system in the garage was installed 1970 and is in dire need of updating. Due to the age of the electrical system and the risk of fire is high and  is is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN to charge an electric car (or plug-in hybrid) in the garage!!!

 

To remedy the power network situation in the garages a team was requested by the annual meeting to investigate what needed to be done, find a supplier and per approval of the board carry out an "upgrade" of the power system.

With the now selected supplier, Dryft (https://dryft.se) , the work is now started with the following Schedule:
 

Länga 1 - Monday the 16th of October - DONE

Länga 2 - Monday the 23th of October - DONE

Länga 3 - Monday the 30th of October - DONE

Länga 4 - Måndagen den 6th November - In progress

Länga 5 - Måndagen den 13th November

The work is done between 07:00 - 16:00 all days ow the week while your garage is in progress. Make sure to not park in the garage between those hours.

Make sure to remove as much as you can from the garage, in particular anything blocking access to the cables. You can see all cables in the garages.

We will:

- Replace all cables, light buttons and wall plugs.

- Replace lamp fitting if needed

- Replace all the power centrals, fuse boxes

​

The work is part of the normal community assignment and the cost is covered by the regular annual fees. There will be no extra fee for this work in particular.

​

Once the work is done we will have a more safe environment in the garages and we wi8ll be able to do new desired installations (i.e. charge boxes).
